Founder Suite v3.2 — 11 Modules to Validate Business Ideas
Founder Suite is a single Skill for ChatGPT and Codex that helps evaluate a new business idea or examine an existing company across 11 areas: strategy, competitors, customers, pricing, offer, finance, marketing, brand, operations, launch and business planning. It starts by clarifying essential inputs, separates verified evidence from assumptions and never treats modelled profitability as proof that a business is ready for investment.
The result
• An independent strategic review of the idea from three perspectives, with risks and conditions for proceeding.
• A competitor and customer-segment review, including objections, possible market gaps and dated sources where accessible.
• Pricing and offer scenarios; optionally, a simulated panel of 20 or 100 buyer personas, clearly distinguished from real customer validation.
• Unit-economics, break-even and funding scenarios with explicit inputs, capacity constraints and missing evidence.
• Draft marketing, brand, operations and launch plans with measurable checkpoints.
• Three separate outputs: a preliminary business plan, an owner decision summary and a partner/investor one-pager, plus a register of unknowns and next tests.
When evidence is insufficient, the result is marked provisional (such as INCOMPLETE or HOLD), not presented as verified returns or approval to launch.
How it works
1. Discovery clarifies the product, geography, price basis (per item versus full order), scale, budget and decision-critical unknowns. Unknown values are never silently converted into zero.
2. Choose one module or the full sequence: Board → Competitors → Consumer → Pricing → Offer → CFO → Marketing → Brand → Ops → Launch → Plan.
3. Research and modelling use user-provided information and available sources. Observations, owner-provided inputs, assumptions and simulated responses receive different labels.
4. Readiness checks separate mathematical validity, evidence fitness, investment readiness and launch readiness. A positive financial scenario alone is not a GO decision.
5. Results appear in the conversation or, when file writes are authorised, in an isolated project folder. The Skill does not automatically publish, purchase, collect payments or make other external changes.
Requirements
• ChatGPT with Skills enabled or Codex with Skills support; Founder Suite v3.2 installed.
• A description of the business, target market, customer, offering and any available pricing, cost and operational assumptions. Unknown figures may remain unknown.
• Python 3 (a current version is recommended) for bundled local calculations. No third-party Python packages, dedicated server or separate external API key are required by the included scripts.
• Access to relevant live sources for fresh competitor or price checks; if unavailable, the Skill must disclose the gap. Model and tool usage remain subject to the hosting platform’s limits.
• Explicit approval for file changes, campaigns, purchases, payments or any external action, plus appropriate handling of confidential business data.
